KIYAM – Return & Exchange Policy
At KIYAM, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read our Return & Exchange Policy below:
Returns Policy: We accept returns only if reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please ensure you have the original proof of purchase, which will be sent to you via email at the time of purchase.
Steps to Return:
1. Provide the original order number for verification.
2. If there is an issue with your order, please send pictures via WhatsApp as proof.
3. Initiate a return request through our official WhatsApp number, including your order details (name, email address, phone number), the reason for return, and any supporting evidence such as pictures or videos.
4. Our customer care team will review your request and contact you if your claim is eligible for return.
5. For international customers or clients from other cities, you will be required to return the item via a courier service recommended by our customer care team. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a pick-up label for these locations.
6. After receiving the return, we will assess the nature of the complaint and may offer either an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value with a validity date.
Refund Policy:
* If a return is approved, it will be for the price of the product(s) only, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Refunds will only be processed once the returned item reaches the recommended return address.
* International customers are responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or import fees.
* The refund process can take 8-12 business days once we receive the returned item.
Exchanges Policy:
* KIYAM offers exchanges only for size issues on in-stock Pret wear, depending on size availability.
* Please note that KIYAM will not cover courier charges for exchanges.
* No exchanges or returns are allowed for custom-sized outfits.
* Once an order has been acknowledged via WhatsApp, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
* We will issue a refund or exchange if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
* Please ensure that returns are reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.
* The following reasons do not qualify for returns:
* Change of mind or if the item is no longer needed.
* If the product is unsuitable after opening.
* If the item was bought using a special discount as a favor.
* Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, altered, or the care instructions have been violated.
Return Conditions:
* The product must be returned in its original condition. If returned in an inadequate or tampered state, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or return the product back to you.
* No refund will be issued if the return is not made to the recommended return address.
Disputes/Chargebacks:
* In case of disputes or chargebacks, please contact us via WhatsApp and provide any necessary proof (pictures, etc.) for review.
* Refunds cannot be processed before the return of the product.
* No dispute/chargeback will be accepted if the items are not returned, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Address Change Policy:
* Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate any address change requests.
Non-Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
* Custom-size outfits cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must request pictures before dispatch if necessary for special occasions like weddings or formal events.
* After 72 hours of purchase confirmation, no changes or amendments to the order will be accepted.
